Sep 8, 2008 Cask at GBBF08. Hazy copper colour. Small white head. The flavour has some fruit at first, mostly berries, raspberry. Like watered down fruit juice. Quite drinkable, with a watery finish.

Apr 30, 2007 Golden Orange, zingy tingly complex fruit aromas, mellow and sweet summer fruits with light malt tones. Just a touch too floral.

Aug 7, 2006 Creamy off white head with nice lace. Copper color with some strange sediment. Strange in that it doesn’t settle. Tastes like a decent brown ale with cough syrup. Hoping for more fruit flavor and dryness. Cheers!

Jul 19, 2006 Cask conditioned @ Humble Plum, Soton. Slightly cloudy. Acidic blackcurrant and raspberry flavour dominate with hints of a slightly sweet maltiness underneath. Too sweet to be refreshing and an almost false feel to the fruit prevented a more relaxed enjoyment. It would suprise me if the pub manages to shift 9 gallons of this in good condition judging by the overwhelmingly negative comments other pub goers were making about this.

Oct 11, 2005 Cask (St Albans 05): Copper clear in colour. Kool Fruits in the nose, with some currants too. Sweet kool fruit flavour, with some berry notes too. Suprisingly drinkable.

Oct 11, 2005 Cask@St Albans Beer Festival. Pretty refreshing stuff, but on the sweet side. Kiwi fruit, strawberry, blackurrant? Its a bit girly, but its not too bad.

Oct 9, 2005 Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Copper colour with a red tinge. Quite fresh, intense cassis aroma. Not too artificial. Falls away on the palate. The fruit is less apparent and there’s not much else coming through to replace it. Some acidic notes but its all a bit soft. Still better than I anticipated.
