I was astonished to find that this is the first Belhaven beer I have rated. Standard copper session bitter colour. Sulphurous aroma, with a bit of floweriness hiding in the background. Dry and easy drinking Nothing really leaps out in the flavour department. Unexceptional. Cask.

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 8, 2004 GBBF. Clean, dusty, cardboardy, dull session bitter of little character or interest. The phrase poor quality comes to mind.
