500ml bottle from Peckhams, Glasgow. Well it looks like I’m the only one who liked this then. Gold with thin white head. Not a terribly good lager, but they’ve used enough hop to make it interesting. Actually it’s fine. Good lemon and by the bottom of the glass, I rather liked it.

Crown Inn Coldingham, bottle. Only slight hoppy aroma, creamy head. Good lacing, maybe a bit fizzy and bland, but certainly not a bad lager. It has the typical Belhaven saltiness, some Franconian maltiness and a very clean palate.

Yes, a Scottish Pilsner. Thanks to Radek from OKBeer in Halifax. There is a pils aroma, strong carbonation that tingles the tongue, and fresh and Crisp. Sweet

Good, but is not a Pilsener as some others. I was like a strong yellow Ale, almost white. BUt it was nice so far, just have to consider that is very soft.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear golden with a dense, white head. Lightly floral nose. Medium body with lightly sweet malts and a floral touch. No bitterness. 160408

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw, and so is the flavor, though added a light note of fruit, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

My first Celtic Pilsner!? Malty nose, amber, small off-white head. Malt taste, but some medicinal quality too. Medium bodied, lightly sweet. Good. Thanks Radek.
