Pours a pretty brownish amber with a small white film head. Aroma is malty caramel. Flavour is weak caramel, rye bread and a weak peppery bitterness. A little thin and boring. ChrisThomson (398), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pours an amber colour with white, well-retaining head. Has nice big malty taste, some caramel sweetness notes with light body. Easy drinking pint. tomthompson89 (1488), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

It smells of toasty, yeasty bread with a fruity sweetness, caramel, pine and earth. It tastes moderately fuill-bodied, sweetish with a light, juicy and piney bitterness. It has a toasted malty flavour and body, caramel, bread, juice, prunes. There is a very evident, but well-balanced and not overpowering crisp, hoppy bitterness up front that fades nicely into a malty finish. It’s wonderful, being incredibly drinkable and smooth yet very full of flavour. riversideAK (2731), Shoreline, Washington, USA
