500ml Bottle – Top Foods – Olympia, WA
Aroma – This had a deep malty aroma with some bittering hops in the nose
Appearance – Amber in color, clear and with a slight off white head
Flavor – This was a true bitter with some great bitter flavors. The malts and hops where well balanced this can be the best bitter I have had in a long time.
Palate – Dry to the finish and a deep malt background this beer was a treat for the international section
Overall –A good bitter I liked the flavor and feel this was a true treat to have for the night.

Canned peas on the nose. Dark amber color, thick, coating, off white head. Exaggerated taste of alcohol, and little else. Weak woody finish. Not bitter, not hoppy, lacks flavor. I don’t like this at all. I’m 0-2 with this brewer.

I enjoyed this beer more than many of the other folks that have graded it. I thought the smoothness was appropriate and welll taken. A beer I will definitely drink again.

I really enjoy this beer. It is nice and crisp but not too sharp on the tongue. great after taste. it would be good with meat, but i had it on its own and it was quite delicious. i’m going to be drinking a lot of this.

Copper tint with a creamy head, runs down the glass after one takes a sip. Probably one of the more distinct tastes you’re going to get from an ale. Would be best with a steak, but is not really something I would recommend as a stand alone beer.

I’m an avid golfer, so when I saw this, I had to try it. Amazing color, and the aroma really pulls you in. Flavor is rich and full, would be a great dinner beer. I highly recommend this beer.

500ml bottle from Peckhams, Glasgow. Copper, lasting beige head. Yeast, malt, hop aroma. NIce mix of the four main ingredients. Very drinkable, some caramel, some candy sugar. Decent white peppery hop. Fine. I seem to remember liking this on cask.

500ml bottle. Golen with a creamy head; sweet apple aroma; grainy to start, silky smooth mouth feel; strong bitter finish.
