Aroma had hints of acidic nuts and citrus hints. Taste was similar the balhaveness of the beer was actually hidden under the warm soup of off ale. RERATE: At the doublet, this is thier cask regular so you expect good yea. Just a big mess of a ber, not well constructed, just plain sweet and a beer thats been done a million times before. cgarvieuk (4183), Edinburgh, Scotland

Hazy copper colour, reminescent of apple must. Miniscule off-white head. There seems to be tiny fibers of some kind floating in it. Hair? Some kind of residue from the cask, a dirty pint or tap? God knows.
Sweetish sour fruity aroma of apple, sweet berries, and hops.
Very watery, buttery apple flavor.
Got one of those fibers stuck in my throat. Nice.
Light body, no carbonation, as expected.
*sigh* I guess I’m just not a big fan of real ale. At least not the hairy kind. oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland
