Veer (355), Landskrona, Sweden Nov 7, 2009 Aroma: yum! Different hops that all come together beautifully. Biscuity malt. Delicious. Somewhat soapy and neste-like. Definitely my type of aroma. Very faint scent of liquorice.
Flavour: Initially sweet and reminiscent of cookies – in a delicious way. Mild hop bitterness kicks in and makes it a very palatable albeit mild beer. I think of getting inside a cosy cabin at winter, fresh baked cookies and some fluffy beer. Some of that liquorice again, and it doesn’t fit the taste as well as the aroma. Slightly roasted aftertaste. Overall much breadier than expected.
Appearance: Clear, yellowish orange body w/ some pale, frothy head.
Palate: Fluffy, delicious.
