De couleur dorée orange et très légèrement voilée. Nez fruité (agrumes, traces de pommes et de mangues), de houblon floral, terreux et légèrement herbeux, malté de pain, de grains de céréales et avec des notes de biscuits au miel ainsi que de faibles notes boisées. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement crémeuse. Moyen goût fruité (agrumes, notes de pommes, traces de mangues) accompagné de notes boisées (bois humide) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute rapidement un goût malté de pain, de grains de céréales, moyen de biscuits au miel et avec des notes de caramel butterscotch. Parallèlement, l’on retrouve une moyenne amertume assez asséchante de houblon floral, herbeux (herbes mouillées, notes de thé) et terreux ainsi qu’avec de faibles notes citriques (pamplemousse) et ce, jusqu’en finale. Aroma of sweet citrus with a hint of hops and spices. Flavor beings mild and smooth and finishes with sweet and bitter spice. More like an ESB than an American (San Diego, Ca) IPA. Appearance:Very clear, burned golden to amber colour, head almost nonexistant, very weak carbonation.
Aroma:Some herbal notes, dry, like old wood, like thistle, refreshing.
Flavour:Some herbs, very aromatic nose, some hints of thistle or some other starnge herbs, rosy like aroma, some candies, very aromatic, bitter, blend of aromatic hops, very compaund and multidimentional in terms of hoppyness.
Palate:Dry, very syrupy, herbs, a lot of hoppyness, long finish and aftertaste.
