Commercial Description:
Bottle: Pastuerised.
A refreshing example of an India Pale Ale from the master brewers at Belhaven. The blend of Cascade and Challenger hops combine to produce an abundance of fresh hop aroma that preludes a bitter-dry taste explosion.

On tap at the Olde Ship, Santa Ana Ca. Pours golden amber with almost no head. Aroma of sweet citrus with a hint of hops and spices. Flavor beings mild and smooth and finishes with sweet and bitter spice. More like an ESB than an American (San Diego, Ca) IPA. I know there is hops, but it is subtle compared to an American IPA. Super clear appearance.
