| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 4, 2007 Good appearance, nice beige head that dissipates into a light film. Not much lacing. Aroma was there, but weak. Notes of spice, sugar, caramel and light cocoa & cinnamon. Rich toasty malts in the flavor that fade into caramel pralines, with a bitter, highly carbonated hops finish. Fair mouth feel, could end a bit smoother. Not bad. mkofron (155), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Sweet roast malts and a touch of fruit lead the flavor as well. It’s a little watery. Let it warm up and the flavor will improve. Finn (1510), Tromsø, Norway
