"Dark brown that appears slightly hazy reddish highlights appear when held up to the light. The cap was a good quarter inch but reduced to a thick skiff and leaves behind thick sticky lacing. Aroma is mild but tasty, smooth malts, cherry, vanilla, floral notes, and maybe a touch of alcohol. So very tasty, malts are amazing tasting, figs, raisins, and a slight sweetness. This is an amazing beer I can’t get enough so very tasty. There some kind of fruity flavours here cherry maybe I taste some mild coffee. This is phenomenal beer my big bottle is all ready gone I must buy another. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Peculier Pub: Great color, dark amber, reds and pruples visible. Aroma not too strong, smells of fermentation, yeast, cooked malts, not much fruits. Taste is smooth but not overly complex.

Starts really sweet- caramel and bread crust, then get earthy and rustic. Very filling, but not something that I would want to consume again and again. Bottle at Lucky Liquors.

Poured from a 500ml, dark mahogony with large tan head. Nose of malt and figs, taste was smooth, towards the dry side. Overall good.

Bottle, 50cl - Clear dark brown beer with a fine creamy head. Aroma is very sweet malty with hints of ripe fruits and caramel. Flavor is malty sweet with notes of fruits, nuts and spices. Full-bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Slightly unbalanced but a good English strong ale.
