La blonde d'été est une bière légère à 4.5% d'alcool, mais elle se laisse boire. C'est le genre de bière que l'on apprécie en été lorsqu'il fait très chaud. J'ai surtout aimé son arrière-goût et le goût qu'elle laisse en bouche. Mais, comme toutes les bière légères, elle a perdu des points au niveau du caractère.

draft, crisp clear yellow with a nice white head, taste was a little on the floral side, aftertaste slightly bitter, this could have been any BMC beer, there was really nothing special about it, but it wasnt bad

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow beer with little or no head. Carbonation is quite weak. Aroma is a bit sweet with some very subtle malt. Taste is quite refreshing with a sweet ending. Quite refreshing for those hot summer days but nothing great or to seek too often.

Clear gold, creamy head, rather shy appearance. Watery, thin, mineral, short flat finish. Not much here.

Pale yellow lager with a thick big bubbled head. Grassy malt and bubble gum in aroma. Fresh malt with grainy notes and light hops. Very thin and plain. Bought in Gatineau in 15 mix pack.

Bright pale yellow gold color, with a small white head, herbal notes, floral hops and juicy pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp sweet pale malt, hint of ananas fruitiness, leading towards a zesty bittering hops finish.

Verre de dégustation (provenant d’un fût) au Mondial de la Bière 2005 (Montréal, QC). Arôme: Odeur de céréales et de fruits. Apparence: Couleur blonde. Aucun col. Aucune bulle. Aucune dentelle. Saveur: Goût de céréales, de bananes (?) et de fleurs. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Légère amertume en arrière goût. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Really pale and insipid summer type lager. Ok if you're really thirsty...otherwise, you better have the original Belle Gueule.
