Commercial Description:
A copper robe with a hint of gold. Mellow, with a refreshing bitterness, Belle Gueule Originale is bottom fermented and cold filtered… a lager of the highest distinction, brewed in the heart of Plateau Mont Royal.

Bottled....poured a gold hue with orange highlights...well carbonated, 1 finger white cap reduces quickly to a fine ring. Aromas of sweet malt are understated... a whisp of grassy hops. Starts sharp... prickly carbonation of a macro goes a bit creamy when the malts kick in (munich?) -finishes clean with a slight bitterness and drying......not bad, better than the premium macros but certainly lacks the characteristics I like in a Vienna (if it is in fact a vienna) too dry, too pale, not enough malt presence and way too "fizzy"....I put this in a category with St. Andre...a Vienna wannabe that misses.

deep gold, white head. sweet malty aroma with a bit of caramel and hop. decent lager with more bitterness than their pils, but still nothing special

Gentle toasted malt aroma. Orange blonde with small, white, rapidly diminshing head. Bitterness somewhat overshadows a sweet malt character. Body is a bit thin even for style.

Pale yellow witha smallish white head. Nothing mind blowing but a crisp refreshing lager with a touch of bitterness. Enjoyed it more than anticipated.

Nice blond and limpid body. Its head is pretty nice but fades within a minute. Relatively strong malt aroma (for that kind of beer) and honest bitterness. One of my prefered everyday beers, that one can be a good introduction to non-macro beers.

Pretty regular, some breadiness. Not much happening; boring beer. I would have this if i had nothin else. Bottle.

Blond ber with a small creamy head. Honey and banana aroma. Strong fruity taste; rather short though. Light bitter finish.

Gold amber brew with a medium head. Medium head with a small hopps taste. Nothing distinctive about this one
