Okay for a hot summer day or when your very thirsty, but nothing exceptional. Goût excellent et caractère super, la Belle Gueule Pilsner est ma bière favorite. Une bière de micro-brasserie québécoise qui réussit à faire une excellente bière. Somehow, it loses its originality when exported outside the province. When visiting Quebec again, this will be my No 1 choice. CapFlu (3492), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 19, 2002 A very good pilsener. Sharp and dry, with good malt character and a decent hoppy bite in the finish. The only drawback is that it lacks any real charcter of it’s own to distinguish it from the hundreds of other "very good" pilseners. Worth a try if you see it.
