bière de belle couleur cuivrée, avec une mousse blanche disparce, nez très malté avec un peu de caramel, en bouche la bière offre une palette fraîche, du malt, un léger goût de caramel. elle se termine sur une finale équilibrée avec une belle amertume. bonne bière.

Dec 25, 2007 Beautiful rich amber colour, moderate white head, scant lace early on. Butter toffee aroma. Creamy toffee flavour, low bitterness. I really liked this.

Nov 14, 2007 341 mL bottle. Copper with a nice, lingering, sticky off-white head. Body appears active. Aroma of malt, yeast, bread dough, and a little spicy hops. Taste is mild, sweet, malty. Not much bitterness. Medium body, smooth, short finish. Might be better on tap.

Aug 3, 2007 Thin white head. Amber body. Deep sweetish malty grainy aroma with
notes of corn and toffee. Dry sweetish taste with a nice dryish malty
edge to it. Grassy hoppy, toffeeish background with faint roastiness.
Dry roasty aftertaste, kind of neutral. Very nice session beer.

Jul 29, 2007 Pour is a dark amber color with a thin head of white cream. Aroma is rich caramel malt and a bit of toast. Flavor is far better than I expected after reading several of the ratings. This beer is far from fresh and yet it has maintained a pleasent aroma and flavor profile that fits with the vienna label. It isn’t nearly as hoppy as many of the American viennas (Brooklyn lager, Eliot Ness) but it’s not bad beer at all.

Apr 1, 2007 Bouteille. Arôme de malt caramel et légèrement de houblons. Belle robe cuivrée-rouge translucide. Mousse mince qui colle un peu au verre et persiste un peu. Goût sucré, malté et légèrement torréfié (même fumé) et la finale en amertume assez franche avec des notes d’alcool. Effervescence moyenne. Corps moyen à capiteux. La recette a-t-elle été changée ? Je n’aimais pas beaucoup cette bière avant, c’étais beaucoup trop torréfié à mon goût... Mais maintenant, c’est mieux.
