Nov 26, 2003 Textbook amber. Smallish, white head. Poor retention.
Nose of caramel, beef broth and bacon grease.
Malty, but also thin regarding flavor with hints of straw.
Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation.
Short, crisp finish. Would probably go well with certain dishes or cheeses (especially anything smoked), but doesn't fair so well on its own.

Feb 5, 2005 Light copper colour wiht a thick white fluffy head. Sweet Munich malt is everywhere in here, a touch of cherry fruitiness, caramel, toffee and a hint of grassy hop aroma/flavour. Flavour is quite malty and bready. A decent beer.

Aug 12, 2005 Bottled. Light caramel and yeasty aroma. Amber color, beige head, fair lace. Sweet, caramel, light bitter, clean, light dry in the finish. Pretty straightforward but unblanced.
