Clear red-brown colour, some head and a suds lacing. Some hops and heaps of rasberry swet fruit and a light earthiness. Pours a clear, fizzy, pale pink champagney colour with a pink tinged head. Aroma is like sniffing a bowl of wet, freshly picked, berries. Light mouthfeel delivers a dry sweet and tart flavour with little noticeable malt or hop influence. Like champagne with rasberries but not quite as dry. A nice wee pre-dinner drink, definitely not a quaffer.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 26, 2008 I wasn’t expecting real lambic when this was given to me at a dinner party. Pours a medium red with a pink head, with heavy force carbonation. Aroma is sweet raspberrys, with a little bit of sourness, and acidity. wattery, taking a little away from the flavor. All in all, not offensive, but shoudnl’t be called lambic. voota (761), Melbourne, Australia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 6, 2006 Pours in the glass a magnificent clear copper colour with a creamy slightly pink head. Aroma is fresh raspberry and some cherry and candy. The flavour carries a decent sourness, and the fruits are neither artificial tasting or overpowering. The finish feels a little thin, and like the beer as a whole feels like it is missing something. Overall its a decent framboise. Linc (736), Sydney, Australia

Sparkly, golden-red and a foamy head that tastes oddly metallic. Complex taste, worth a try perhaps, but I didn’t enjoy it. oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 9, 2005 Poured coppery brown with a frothy head, and left a nice lacing. The aroma is of course raspberry, very sweet and unfortunately a bit artificial. A good hit of sour in the flavour is a little overbalanced by the sweetness. Light to medium bodied, the palate seemed a little oily, but quite pleasant. Not bad, but I’m sure there are much better out there.
