Medium bodied with toasted malt and berry flavors. Rich aroma with a pinkish head. Lingering hop taste doesn't mix quite well with the fruit flavoring.

Raspberry and pink champahne aroma. Red colur with large white head. Quite like a pils with essence of raspberry, more beer like than a lot of lambics. Its good stuff!

Bottle - March 2006 Pours a Rosé color, with a big creamy white head and a lively carbonatation. Aroma is vinous sweet, but somewhat artificial. Taste is fruity, slightly sour, but rather flat and onedimensional. Well, one more rating I guess.

Another fruit beer which aren’t my favourites, in saying that this one is much too sweet and saccharine. The supposedly lower grade Aspall Perronelles Blush makes this seem veritably basic.

Bottle. Poured clear copper in color with small head. Aroma of weak raspberries. Taste is of mild raspberries and pretty sweet. A bit watery and not very tart. Disappointed.

Had a 5 year old sample yeasterday. Interesting how this beer dries up over time. Still not all thhat great for the style but definetly nicer than their sweet offerings. The three year old sample would rate in around a 3.1, but their usual framboise is less.

Orange, slightly pink, with off white lasting head. Rasberry aroma. Sour flavour with more rasberry and some vanilla (oak).
