The foam is ok, the colour a little uncanny but nice in general. Mads Langtved (2246), Copenhagen K, Denmark

Sweet aroma with plenty of raspberry, strawberry and parfumy rose. Horsey and acidic lambic aromas in the background. Sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors, very juicy. Some acidity but clearly more on the sweet side. Sugary palate. bluevegie (2214), Perth, Australia
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 4, 2004 Nice lasting light pink coloured head on a murky amber body. The aroma was definitely cherry with a touch of oak. A little watery in the taste but cherry and oak once again and the sweetness coming late in the palate. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2003 Pink-tinted peach body with a thin head and mild carbonation for a lambic. Aroma of raspberries, roses, and leather. Flavor includes some botanical qualities and woodiness. Mine seemed surprisingly dry compared to other reviews. Soft and mild palate. A perplexing beer with widely varying reviews. Seemed decent and enjoyable to me. Then again, this follows shortly after the Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic that I had last night.
