(Bottle at Le Poechenellekelder, Brussels) Red/light brown, lasting offwhite head. Sweet raspberry flavor. Raspberry in the flavor as welll, with some bitterness. A bit thin.

I was expecting bad things after the dissappoitnment of the Kreik, but this was a step in the right direction. Less syrupy flavour, drier and far more drinkable. A hint of red in the colour, doesn’t hold a good head, and a slight aroma of tart fruitiness, all reasonable but not outstanding, but on the right track for the style.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy brownish red body with a thin white head. Raspberry nose. Flavor of raspberries, but not as sour or acidic as most Framboise.

All right, but I’m not sure how authentic of a lambic this is. Smells of raspberries and slight non-descript sweet-syrupy notes. Distinct light red-amber-gold color topped by a fizzy white head. Medium-high carbonation. Starts out with a light whack of sugary sweet flavors and raspberries and finishes with a very light tart-sour finish. A nice light, refreshing after-dinner beverage, nothing too challenging.

Bottle. 5.7% ABV according to the label. Bubbly chestnut to red colour, thick white head. Raspberry, sweet and slightly acetic notes in the nose. Mouth is dull raspberry, slightly sweet and lasting dullness. Dusty. Average. Rich dull palate. OK, but nothing special.

Bottle from binny’s...Poured a clear copper with airy white head. Aromas were very fruity, mostly berry and citrus. Flavors were also very berry, with a strong tart body. Not one of the better lambics I’ve had.

Pours a reddish amber with no head. Aroma is amazing-strong scent of raspberries-quite sweet. Taste was fruity-raspberries and tart. Enjoyable.
