Flavour is smooth and has plenty of raspberries, some sourness, which stays in the aftertaste. strings (361), Sydney, Australia

Amazingly sniffable, but perhaps a bit overpowering in the sweetness stakes, to the point of being a bit sickly. Great in small quantities, and an excellent alternative to Benedryl. The is sweet and tasty but not as complex as traditional lambics. the brew is certainly a comercial lambic, and is very easy to drink. oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 1, 2005 375 ml corked bottle. Pink amber colour with a mostly diminishing creamy white head. Tart raspberry aroma and lightly medicinal notes. Straightforward raspberry flavour with a lightly dusty finish. Light bodied, fizzy, but quenching. Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England

It comes out favourably.. it’s not as sweet (which is probably a good thing), the Raspberry is less overpowering, it has far more body, and it tastes more like a beer. Despite the less sweet character, it’s still a very accessible and easily obtainable fruit lambic.
