Still not all thhat great for the style but definetly nicer than their sweet offerings. The three year old sample would rate in around a 3.1, but their usual framboise is less. hotstuff (3180), Indiana, USA

Medium white head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, carbonated, transparent, and an orange hue. Aroma was sweet and raspberries. Flavor was sweet, tart, tangy, raspberries, and acidic. Too sweet tasting. Palate was smooth and somewhat dry. Light body. Lunkie (1020), Glen Iris, Australia

High carbonation, some skunkiness also in aftertaste. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark

And the remark is quite understandable if this is your first introduction to a fruit beer. Reddish colour, a bubbly head. Some underlying acidity but the sweetness from the rapberry juice is close to overwhelming. But as an aperitf this is perfect. 160793 weepingsuds (222), Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jul 1, 2005 Bottle. Okay this is a decent looking beer? with a nice head and maroon color. The smell is of rasberries and citrus. Taste is tart with a strong rasberry sweet in the finish. Lambics just don’t do it for me, maybe predinner, but never for an evening brew. Like champagne and fruit nothing akin to beer here. Bart (1664), Brussels, Belgium
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 7, 2006 Light red coloured with some very light carbonation and an average pink-white head. Very fruity, raspberry aroma, somewhat woody, stone with a peppery touch. Medium body, little wattery. Finish is sweet fruity with some clear raspberry hints. Smouth and easy to drink, but misses some more texture. lgklotet (420), Singapore, Singapore
