Aroma of plum, raswpberry, strong cognac. "Foretaste" of mustard, with a very dry taste. Not my favourite. The Browarmia framboise in the brewpub in Warsaw, Poland, is definetly my choice also in the future.

Pours with a lovely big head. It has a clear red colour, very attractive. Not much of a nose. The first flavour that springs to mind is the cheap raspberry jam that you got at school, that came in big tins. Metallic, sweet & sourness. There is also a chemical flavour in there that I can’t quite place. On the up side the fruit is in harmony with the yeasty ’beer’ flavour and is drinks well, not too sticky. Over all it doesn’t feel finished, it needs another couple of flavour notes to work.

Diluted version of what a real framboise lambic should be.Light red color, decent head but the taste is not up to to it.Not a very strong raspberry mouthfeel.Overall, quite disappointing when you ocnsider the fact that there are better beers out there. This one definitely is for the beginner.

Aroma: mix of water icypoles and rasberry yoghurt. Appearance: clear amber brown with a foamy just off white head. Flavour: sharp hop with lots of berries and touch cidery. Palate: thin sweet and lingering.

Bottle - March 2006 Pours a Rosé color, with a big creamy white head and a lively carbonatation. Aroma is vinous sweet, but somewhat artificial. Taste is fruity, slightly sour, but rather flat and onedimensional. Well, one more rating I guess.
