Mar 23, 2005 Poured from the bottle into a flute-type glass. A beautiful clear pinkish colour with a full head and good lacing. Aroma is of raspberry of course. A pleasant sourness in the taste.

Jan 25, 2005 Quite a unique gold/pink colour, with a good head. Aroma is clean, fresh, and while not immediately raspberry like, it is fruity and very appealing. Palate is light,with refreshing zesty, fruity, and cleansing flavours. This is a classic lambic, with all the clean refreshing character that these beers exhibit. Lovely!

Jan 23, 2003 Medium bodied with toasted malt and berry flavors. Rich aroma with a pinkish head. Lingering hop taste doesn't mix quite well with the fruit flavoring.

Nov 19, 2004 Updated: Jan 9, 2005Bottle. Dark copper/amber colour with a large, slightly pink head. Aroma is tart raspberries. Taste is less raspberry and more, well, like beer. Still dominated by the fruit but also some light bitterness, a bit of wood and a light sour finish. Nice mouthfeel. I quite like this.

Dec 28, 2001 Deep ruby red color, nice head and fair lace. Malt and fruity sweet nose. Start quite sweet, the middle moderate and less acidic than other I’ve tried, the finish is wineish dry and tart.
