Thin head and caramel brown in the glass, lighter than expected. Tart cherry and berry fruits waft a long way from the glass. Some spice and smokey notes - quite good. Palate doesn’t show as well, nice tart, sour fruits and more smokey hints early but they fade away quite quickly, leaving a slightly dilutive fruit / flavour profile that runs out of steam. Nice finish though with smoke and hop like spice.

Could almost use this as a sorbet before serving dessert. Light sherbety nose. Creamola Foam. Fruity, zesty. Light in body, with sweet/sour fruity notes. Really gets the saliva flowing. Too sweet for my taste but it could pass for dessert in a liquid lunch. (Bottle)

(Bottle BB 07/08/07; ABV 5,7%) Raspberry and wooden aroma. Red colour, clear and white, small, more or less fully diminishing head with fair lacing. Raspberry, wooden, sour and acidic flavour. Slightly sticky, medium-bodied and lively carbonated palate. 03/11/06

0.375 l bottle. Deep amber-red color. Sweet aroma with plenty of raspberry, strawberry and parfumy rose. Horsey and acidic lambic aromas in the background. Sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors, very juicy. Some acidity but clearly more on the sweet side. Sugary palate.

Hmmm... good beer if you could call it a beer. Nice color, fruity taste and smell. Cool bottle too!

Never thought of it as that bad, always been a bit sweet though, overall not the best fruit lambic you’ll ever try, but drinkable

Bottled. Red brown with a good white head that is initialy tight and creamy but quickly breaks up into big bubbles and thins. No real lambic aromas except for a slight meatiness under the raspberry note which avoids being artificial but seems a little forced . Sweet and syrupy raspberry in the mouth but smooth with a suggestion of caramel. Some tartness is noticable in the aftertaste which is oily and short with a perfumed note.

Copper/red colored body with a thin but persistent white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is of rasberries with a slight hint of malt. Taste is rasberries with a slightly tart finish. No signs of candy tastes. Carbonated like champagne but still smooth on the tongue. Still not as sour as I would like to balance the fruit tastes.
