Amber colour with a small off white head.
Aroma is syrup like raspberries, wood and weak notes of hay.
The flavour was not as sweet as feared, but non-sweet honey like and raspberries with a woody and sour touch to it. beergirl99 (101), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | May 1, 2003 Raspberry and pink champahne aroma. Red colur with large white head. Quite like a pils with essence of raspberry, more beer like than a lot of lambics. Its good stuff! JPDIPSO (4932), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 2, 2002 I would consider this a starter lambic. Amber/red color with a light pink/tan head. Aroma of sweet raspberries. Sweet raspberry flavor with little malt to back. Lacks tart/sourness to offset the sweetness. Nagash (202), Paris, France
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 8, 2005 Very strong rasberry aroma. Less strong in taste, a bit sour, few alcohol, not so bad for a "Framboise beer". stic (109), Oostende, Belgium

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 25, 2005 This bottled brew labeled batch E/13/01 L.60 06H29 poured a large sized head of white colored medium sized frothy mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent orange brown colored uncarbonated body and a fair lacing. The aroma was all raspberry. The mouth feel was mild with an initial tingle and a lingering tingly palate with a raspberry aftertaste. It was semi dry and semi sweet. Did I mention the raspberries? mullet (801), Melbourne, Australia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 30, 2003 Not really sure why I bought this beer - definitely wanted the bottle for my home-brewed Lambic but I'm not sure it's the best value at $7 each.
Aroma is fruity and completely lacking in Brett. character. In fact there was no discernable Brett. character at all. Attractive beer, red tinged with pretty decent head.
Flavour was pretty reasonable. Quite fruity but quickly followed by a fairly strong sourness (a lot more than I remember).
This has satisfied my need for crappy Lambics for quite some time.
