LoveABeer (141), Melbourne, Australia Oct 19, 2003 Pour's a lovely dark red color, with a great lasting head. Sweet and Sour taste of cherries, thin body, very easy to drink. vtisza (8), Belgium does not count Oct 25, 2007 The popular and well-known beer. Standard, good quality. The bottle is average but the label is nice. oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland May 1, 2005 Bottled. Red colour, huge white foamy head, lacing. Cherry, malt and cookies in aroma. Cherry flavour with artificial notes. The lack of alcohol might be a reason to a "thin" flavour. Magicdave6 (4092), London, Greater London, England May 31, 2007 Cads hotel tasting. If i could have this in yogurt form id be a happy bunny, it really does remind me for a rasberry and cherry yogurt in a soft drink. I would prefer this over many low alc drinks. dhurtubise (569), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Jul 1, 2003 Retaains some very light lambic characteristics although they are extremely subdued. A very weak sourness is perceived through a thick cloying cloud of sweetness that has engulfed this brew. There is a cherry juice flavour - clearly added after all of the yeast in the beer were decimated. Overall it is an interesting experiment, a sweet kriek to be drunk by those who don't really like beer...but wasn't that how the regular strength sweet cherry lambics were first conceived?
