Aroma is of sour cherries, light malts and other fruit. Unfortunatly the aroma is very muted. Flavor is cherry, kinda sour, yeast, and rather sweet. Body is a bit too carbonated. Not impressed. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 17, 2007 Bottle. Average reddish fizzy head that was mostly diminished. Spare lacing. Aroma was cherry, fruit, citrus and some notes of malt. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Flavour was balanced acidic and sweet. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 15, 2007 Pours a dark brownish red witha nice head and great lace. Aroma of sour and sweet cherries, very pleasant. Flavour initially rather sour - more like a Flemish Sour Ale - then tapering to a nice dark cherry/yeasty aftertaste. Some bitter notes which don’t quite seem to fit... are they hops, or off-flavours? Thin, puckered body with a warming aftertaste. This is a compelling beer, but the bittering hops seem to clash with the cherries. Very drinkable, but easily improved upon. Beer2000 (1785), Kristiansand, Norway
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Feb 7, 2007 250ml bottle. Clear red body with a rather thick, pink head. A sweet fruit juice aroma, not to strong. Flavor is dominating sweet, confectionary cherry and a small dose of acid. Not completely bad, actually drinkable in small amounts if you’re into the world of sweets. One bottle is big enough. gunnfryd (3571), Kristiansand, Norway

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 31, 2007 A trade-off between authentic Lambic sharpness/mustiness, and the super clean watery-sweet stuff Mort Subite is pumping out of the factory spigot. Not bad and not great. Gethinbeer (1001), Nova Scotia, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 5, 2007 Not a lover of this type of beer. Acidic taste of cheeries, quite metallic. Cherry red in appearance with a frothy dirty pink head. Cheery cola flavour, a bit rich. mansquito (821), Boston/Philadelphia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 4, 2007 Nice read colour... looks somewhat like raspberry syrup poured in with club soda. Nice head that is kind of thick. It smells like well, I think everyone here could figure out that it smells like berries. The taste is a little bit sour and tastes like cherries. It is not too sweet and overpowering with the sweetness though. Not too bad.
