Poured from the bottle into proper glass. Ruby red colour with full head. Aroma is yeasty compared to the Framboise, and taste is more lambic-like.

(bottle) Dark red colour with frothy pink medium head. Strong sourish cherry aroma. Sweety taste with heavy cherry flavour with dry, sour and a little smoky finish. A bit perfumed. One of the better mainstream Krieks.

Drunk from a 440ml. tumbler. Murky brownish red colour. Virtually non-existant head. Aroma and flavour of an inoffensive, sourish fizzy drink. Goes down nicely with a smooth palate. As pootzboy commented, "I like it so kill me". Suspiciously fake-tasting fruit, though.

i love this beer, my first lambic. people at my football team used to laugh at me for drinking it, b/c they thought it’s chicky. no matter, i love it and order it ever time after the football game.

A lambic-fruit excellent in the summer, not for me though, tasted like freshy. closer to a soft drink.Too sweet, gave the rest to the wife.

Clean, deep pink, with a steady bead. The pale pink head lasts quite well.Clean, fresh cherry aroma(funnily enough)there is a slightly harsh acidic prickle at the end. Palate is fresh fruity with a bitter edge (again, cherry, but quite light really) There is a refreshing acidic/sour character that reminds me of Rodenbachs sour beers. This is lovely stuff, but I have heard that Belle-vue use fruit concentrate rather than whole fruit, is this true??? Either way, I really enjoyed it.
