Tasted out of bottle in a Lambic Goblet. Popping the cork revealed a cherry, sweet aroma, which developed when poured. In the glass it was most impressive, with a brown, burgundy-red body and an off-pink head that lasted to the bottom. Flavour was of an immature berry wine mixed with tonic water, not discrediting, but undemanding. Cherries dominated with little lactic Lambic flavours or sour balances. A good brew, for young connisseurs.

Bottled. A deep red coloured beer with an off-white patchy head. The aroma is cherries and cherry stones. The taste is fruity and clean. There are no lambic sour notes at all, nor it is sweet. This is a nice enough drink but a bit safe and plain.

Dark red color with a red head. Cherry aroma. Slightly sour cherry flavor that is on top of a good wheat base. Not much sugar noticeable. Nice.

Deep Red Coloring. Good Foamy Red Head. Nice Cherry Aroma..Little Tart. Flavor is Very Nice.. Nice and Even..Very Smooth...Solid Cherry Flavor But Not Over The Top...Something You Could Enjoy With Dinner/Dessert Very Easily.. Not Superb, But Simply Very Very Tasty and Likeable!

This was one of my ’crossing over’ beers that took me into the land of better stuff so I have some fond memories. Pale red colour with a strong cherry syrup nose. The flavour has just a hint of tartness suggesting the potential this beer oculd have if they didn’t make it so weak.

tart sickly sweet syrup cherry. This isn’t even a good tart like leifmans, or a goody cherry like quelquechose. Full of itself.

375ml green champagne style bottle w/ cork. Pours clear red, with a smooth pink tinged head. Large cherry aroma. Tart and sour, notes of salt (?) and wood.

Obious cherry flavour with some woodiness and sap (?), tart sourish aroma. The flavour is a bit too subdued for me.
