| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Mar 20, 2009 From a can from an all night shop in Antwerp shared in my hotel room with Mesandsim. Orangey red colour. Considerably worse than the Chapeau we had at the festival earlier. Really bad. Artificial fruit aroma, mouthfeel is awful. Finish has more bad fruit.

A tad bit acid for it to be nice. other krieks are way better, and don’t have a stomache acid after taste... not that it’s terrible..., just a lot less compared to others

This beer smells and tastes like a ludens cherry cough drop. Delish! Not tart or sour at all, but not terribly cloyingly sweet either. Pretty darn good if you ask me. emacgee (1864), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 31, 2008 Thanks OldStyleCubFan for sharing. Poured out of a can (!). Color is a translucent pink with a one finger frothy pink head. The nose is sweet, shows cherry and candy, some almond and cherry pit. The flavor is more sweet than I would expect, cherry and cherry skins, almond character from the pits comes through as well. Lacks the tartness I wants.
