| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 27, 2008 What a coinsidance. I’ve bought that beer on the same day without any discussion with ogreface. Let’s taste it! Beautiful ruby color with a nice delicate pink head. The aroma is a little sour cherry and a little barnyard. In the taste dominates the sour cherry flavour with a good&mild tartness and acidity. Nice sour afertaste. That beer was a good surprise for me(from a mass producer InBev)... ogreface (303), Budapest, Hungary

A good fruit beer must in essence be a good base beer, before any fruit is added. Cherries works for me and this would be my first choice of fruit beers. SHIG (2023), Aviano, Italy

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 9, 2008 375 mL bottle bought in Fes, Morocco, on Christmas Eve. A bit sweet, but counteracted by tart cherry flavour. I liked it, though I would be unlikely to drink more than two at a sitting or more than every three days. Aroma less obviously synthetic than the taste, very pleasant. Would definitely buy again. Just not frequently.
