Bottle: Poured a ruby red with pink color head. The aroma is a tart cherry. The taste is sour cherry with a slight acidic touch to the finish. Watery compaired to other fruit krieks.

Poured a deep red with foamy pink-white head. Aromas of cherry. Sweet cherry taste with slight tartness and a hint of maltiness. slight lingering hop taste. Lacing on the glass, though no head retention.

draft - Pours ruby with a thin head. It smells mostly of cherries. The flavor is sweet and full of fruit, mostly the cherries. This tastes like the tropical fruit punch of lambics. I didn’t notice any of the expected lambic character. It’s alright on a warm day, but if you’re a lambic drinker you’ll want to look elsewhere.

Fuirty, tart, refreshing, but has none of the complexity that a true lambic has. Always a good starter for the non-beer drinker in your group.

Bottle: Pours a clear red with no head. Aroma, tart cherry, some sugars, sweet smelling. Flavor, cherries, some slight tartness, very low acidity, and definitely on the sweet side, more lindemans than cantillon. Oh well.

Deep red in colour with a pink head. Aroma of cherries and a slight sourness. Flavour is sweet, not enough sourness or tartness. Finishes with a mild cherry bitterness.
