Dec 20, 2008 Pours red with small diminishing head. Aroma is of sweet and acidic cherries. Flavour is cherry, sour though, with a little bitterness. Sweet, bitter finish, wouldn’t drink too many of these.

Jul 22, 2004 Burgundy in colour, with aromas of cherry and balsamic vinegar. Unfortunately the cherry flavor of this beer is more like "fake" or "processed" cherry than the real thing. Other earthy flavors are apparent as well. I think this bottle might have been corked. Finished dry. No balance to this one at all.

Nov 19, 2004 Tasted out of bottle in a Lambic Goblet. Popping the cork revealed a cherry, sweet aroma, which developed when poured. In the glass it was most impressive, with a brown, burgundy-red body and an off-pink head that lasted to the bottom. Flavour was of an immature berry wine mixed with tonic water, not discrediting, but undemanding. Cherries dominated with little lactic Lambic flavours or sour balances. A good brew, for young connisseurs.
