Bottled. Bright red, pours with a big foam head. Sweet cherry aroma, carbonated, with a slightly silky mouthfeel. Malty. Mainly sweet with some bitterness at the back. I did not think the cherry was overpowering but this might depend on chilling. Mine was served at room temperature. Nice.

375 ml bottle. Cyprus @ All about beer. My first Lambic. Better than I thought it would be. Nice reddish brown color. Intense cherry aroma and taste. Didn’t actually taste like a beer but I liked it.

On tap at St. Alexandre pub in Quebec City. Poured deep cherry red with a matching aroma. The scent led me to belive this was going to be too sweet. Upon tasting, I was pleasantly surprised of the balance between sweetness and tartness. It wasn't as cloying as Lindemans, or as raw as Cantillon - good stuff. I'd imagine multiple pints of this might get to the cloying stages, so this mught be best to begin or end an evening.

The beer pours a dark ruby red with a slight brown tinge, the head was quit large and had a pink / tan color. The aroma was powerful at first of sweet and sour cherries, but when the head started to desipear the sent was much harder to pick up. The smell had a detergent or bathroom airfreshener quality about it, this aspect of the aroma put me off a little. The beer had a very dry mouth feel, and tasted like Sour Cherry Blaster chewy candy and that’s about all I can taste , the beer is very one dimensional. I tried hard to like this brew because I thought I would, but it just doesn’t work for me plus every once in a while I’ll get it on tap and every time I do that I wake up with a ax splitting head ache I think due to the high sugar content.

Crisp cherry nose. Deep maroon colour with a decent white foamy head. Cherryade flavour with a delicate acidity and malty, oaky, ironish tones.

Poured with a rich light red colour and a carbonated pink head; thought I’d opened up a champagne. Aroma is mildly cherry, and taste is also of cherries, but not overly sweet. Crisp, clean tasting.

tart sickly sweet syrup cherry. This isn’t even a good tart like leifmans, or a goody cherry like quelquechose. Full of itself.
