| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 12, 2002 Pretty red color, looks like there is sediment in there, but I don’t think there is...it just looks a bit cloudy. The head was huge but short-lived. Not a whole lot of aroma, just a sour cherry smell with a hint of beer in there somewhere. The taste is quite dry and sour, and there is a salty undertone as well, but the cherry taste is fresh and fits well in the overall taste of this one. When I drank this, I had images of summertime over ice...strange for a lambic. It’s refreshing, but not something I want often, and to be honest not my favorite lambic. The best thing about this one is the fact that I wouldn’t call this a ’glorified malt beverage’ like some of the others. detroitsteel (233), Greater London, England
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 16, 2006 On draught. Very yeasty aroma that I found a little off-putting. Looked good in the glass - a nice deep, translucent pink with a thick long lasting head. Very sweet and not particularly complex, but with a underlying sharpness and good cherry fruit. A little cherryade-ish, but the underlying tartness make it a very enjoyable drink. daniel0017 (232), Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 12, 2006 Light aroma of cherries and oak. Beautiful red hue body with no head whatsoever. Tastes like the "rockets" candy that cheap parents give out to kids on Halloween. Slightly astringent and bitter with provocative lingering cherry aftertaste. Good beverage although I must admit it was difficult to discern where the beer began and the Dr. Pepper finished. nickchalk (229), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 22, 2004 Pours a pinkish colour, with a pinkish head. The aroma is quite plain: cherries. In the flavour, the cherries taste fake, and it just isn't sour enough for me. Nonetheless, it's kinda tasty. Bottle. bgiamatei (229), São Paulo, Brazil

Espuma vinho, bonita, mas some rápido. Coloração vinho escuro. Cheiro suave de uvas, um pouco alcoolizado, o que é bom. Carbonada. Cerejas. Densa. O alcool está muito bem disfarçado. Boa cerveja. Flavor is sweet but still sour as well. Cherries very present. Acidic. Lambic is not really my taste in beer. But still it’s interesting to see the variety in beers.
