Not much head to it, and a few old yeast clumpies.
Nose is oddly in balance for a lambic--must, yeast and tart cherry versus malt and hay.
Body is oily and the taste is again oddly indifferent for what should be an aggressive style. SimonLarsen (210), Sydney, Australia

I like it when I think of it as a cherry drink as opposed to thinking it is a beer. There is something a little jarring about the mix of flavours which I am guessing a better quality kriek may overcome? It does look very nice in a flute with a solid white head, persistent lacing and thick red colour. It has an unusual astringency (from the cherries?) which is a nice change. Pours a dark red color with a light pink color head that quickly go down. (therefor artificial flavors).
Aroma are sweet and fruity, but somewhat an artificial aroma. Flavors are sweet and fruity, with a hint of oak flavor. Light to drink but too sweet and the taste of chery sirup is present.
The 37.5cl cork bottle is better.

It pours to a deep reddish color with a thin pink-white head. Smells like cherries, as expected. It has only a slight tartness from the cherries, no real lactic acid sourness is detectable.
It seems like a subdued lambic/ fruit beer, but would probably be a good introduction to the style for the less adventurous. RaphaelN (195), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada

Nose was acidic and blooming with cherries. Taste took on an odd red-wine quality with a mix of dry vermouth, and plenty of cherries to boot. This was not as well made as I was expecting. Nonetheless, I do love Krieks.
