| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 24, 2005 Calandro’s Supermarket, Baton Rouge, La. 375 ml bottle. Pours a murky orangeish, brown with a bit of a cranberry tint to it - little to no head. Aroma has a hint of musty cheese, and some sour cherries. Flavor does not have much of that sour acidic taste and mouthfeel that I desire when I drink a lambic. Detect some sour cheries, but very muted. Finishes with a metallic clink. Dissapointed to say the least. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 26, 2003 dark mahogany colour. Fizzy, carbonated head. Smells like sour cherries. Tastes like sour cherries also, slightly bitter aftertaste.
It didn't really taste a whole lot like beer, but it was quite interesting. jgb9348 (2515), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 24, 2004 Cloudy burgundy-brown coloured body with a thin pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, malt, tartness and some sweetness. Medium-bodied; Mild tart flavour with hardly any tartness and barely any malt quality. Aftertaste not too pleasing-actually mild compared to a normal lambic. Overall, I'd much rather have a liefman's or lindeman's, but this was available on tap...so I figured i'd try it. I had a pint of this on draught at a small pub in Toronto, Ontario on 09-April-2004. rickgordon (3341), Göteborg, Sweden

Cherry red. Light pink head. Cherry compot aroma, with notes of vanilla. Sourish flavor that overpowers the cherry feel. Some alchol presence. larsniclas (3391), Gothenburg, Sweden

A sourish aroma from cherries.
Champagnelike palate with flavour from cherries and bitter almond. Spiesy (2333), Global Citizen, Greater London, England
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 28, 2004 Bottled. Deep mahogany colour with lots of red sparkle. Thin islands of head isolated in the middle of the beer. The same jelly-baby notes on the aroma. You’ll have to see silk for a better description. Brought home from Bordeaux. Earlier Rating: 10/4/2003 Total Score: 1.9 Draught, at the De Hems, Soho, London Red body with a pink head. Sweat strawberry aroma. Leads with a sharp red fruit flavour. This beer was hard work, especially by the pint. The palate is long and generous but not for me. Fruit beers are a crime.
