A hard drink to judge. For a fruit beer it is one of the best. Cherry flavor is termemdous. If you are not a beer lover (what?) then this is a great alternative. However it is very sweet and half of a drink is enough for me.

Very intersting brew. Pours up looking more like wine than beer. Aroma is dominant cherry as is flavor which is a little sour. Pretty yummy.

A big foamy head, a nice mix of tart and sweet cherry flavors with a substantial old beer back. Not as crisp as the more available fruit lambics. Great with our light snack of bruschetta, fresh fruit and mild cheeses.

i have always liked Kriek.... I hate it when fruits are added in beer but this combination works! And the belgians already knew before others even got the idea to add something.. Very nice, strange combinaties, with a nice taste left after every drop

Strong aroma of cherry and plum. Nice frothy, pink lasting head with beautiful lacing. Hue is ruby red. Flavour is very sweet and heavy on the cherry with a tangy sour and flat finish. Although quite tasty, I will wait until next summer to bring this one out. Beats any cooler I've had.

I wouldn't recommend this beer warm, but it is very nice when it's very cold. Mainly because it isn't as sickly sweet when it is cold. A dark cherry colour for a dark cherry flavouring. No terrible aftertaste and not at all bitter. Almost too fruity to be a beer, and much too heavy to be a wine.

Bottle – Poured a medium reddish brew with a nice foamy head with good retention. Aroma of cheery is extremely dominant. Body is medium with good carbonation. Taste is very accentuated by cherry with some tannic on the background. The cherry taste might be a tad too juicy for my own taste. This beer lack a bit of the sourness usually founded in lambic but overall this is still a very good beer.

This is one of my favorite Krieks. It has a nice dark red body. Nice bitter cherry flavor (most Krieks are more sweet than this one but I like the bitterness!) and also a good bitter and sour aftertaste.
