Many thanks to whoever brought this along. Murky orange. Almost no carbonation. Quite funky aroma but otherwise fairly mellow. Lots of citrus in the flavour. Also some rather petrolly, cider-like notes. A top notch Gueuze that has aged gracefully.

Cheesy aroma is evident immediately with some sour fruit and barnyard aromas too. Flavor is sour as hell. Lemony, acidic, vinegar, earthy tones, dry. Sour. wow. TampaBrew (805), Tampa, Florida, USA

Nose is funky, cheese, sweat, sour apple, cider vinegar, musty basement and wet animal. Flavor is a puckering lactic sourness, notes of clean tartness mixed with complex wood and earthy vinegary, sweaty funky cheesy ridiculous sour. One of the best sours i have ever had. Hazy amber color and almost still as I’d feared from the low fill level. It’s been years since I smelled barnyard that was quite this, satisfying, in a beer. The body starts out with more of this incredible barnyard character and finishes with a dry, citrus like sour tartness. Every sip was tarter than the last until my lips felt permanently puckered. Had carbonation survived, this would have been a perfect 5. cgarvieuk (4178), Edinburgh, Scotland
