May 30, 2009 Sampled at the brewery. Very pale, hazy yellow with tight white head. Faintly sourish, lemony nose. Tastes lightly nutty, lemony, and slightly tart. Light bitterness. Very refreshing, quaffable, ought to be served on draft by the pint or half-liter. Spicing not obvious. Yeast is doing the talking. Solid white ale, refreshing and no bullshit.

Mar 20, 2009 Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and over ripe citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus and coriander as well light notes of malt, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Mar 16, 2009 (33cl bottle) Hazy, yellow-golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and slightly acidic, distinctively citrus- and lemon-fruity, zesty aroma with a good wheat-character and a moderately coriander-spicy background. Sweet flavour with an acidic edge, light bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Wheaty and yeasty-fruity taste with primary notes of citrus, backed by blossom-like flowery notes towards the mildly sweet and slightly sourish finish, fortunately with a rather restrained note of coriander. A balanced and refreshing Witbeer (16.III.09).
