Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with lots of carbonation, the heas is huge lacy white. Aroma is a sharp citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and spice. Taste is a bit sour and carbonated with citrus and a wheat.

Bottle. Pours light yellow, little haze into tumbler. Very thin and light, Hoeggarden has more body. Crisp and easy to drink but lacks spice and body.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Pale gold, cloudy, with thick white head. Lemony, wheaty, wit aroma. I’ve always had a soft spot for Belgian wits. This one has a certain personality and good balance of the requisite aromas and flavours. a little soap, but good lemon and very good wheat malt body. Decent sharp lemon on finish. Ratehr well made and tasty.
