Commercial Description:
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Pours a somewhat cloudy dark amber body with a full almond coloured head. Somewhat bready at first, midpalate the fruit comes out, ripe full cherries, along with a little nutty character. Finishes long and smooth, refreshing crisp taste.

probably the best amber out there in my opinion. good malty body and flavor, balanced out by a nice piney/floral hop presence.

This amber has a nice note of hops its not bells best but worthy of the name. Fruit flavor is a little weak but the fulfilling palate of hops makes up for it.

Very good ale...I enjoyed it from the first taste. Color is light copper with an average off-white head. The nose is immediately sweet, bready, and fruity. The taste starts out sweet with faint notes of yeast and sweet caramel malt and finishes with a quite bitter hoppiness. Throughout, the flavors of fruit remain, particularly acidic citrus, berry, and (though I don’t know if anyone else has said it, I swear I tasted) melon. A bit thick for an ale, but well carbonated so the palate and finish were excellent.

Bottle. Moderate aromas of nutty and roasted for the malt, light orange for the hops and dough for the yeast, with butter and honey in the background. Head is small, fizzy with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is slightly but sparkling, amber orange with tiny particles. Flavor starts moderately sweet and finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery but almost creamy, and has a lively carbonation. A very good beer, this would be good to try out on someone stuck on pale ales and lagers.

Pours an orangey-amber color with a lumpy white head that settles nicely. Aroma is somewhat muted...but what is there is pleasant. Sweet, caramel malt, some yeast, and a bit of light fruit in the nose. Flavor is lots of sweet malt, some roasted nuts, and some hop bitterness at the end...more bitter than I was expecting from the aroma. Nice balance to this one, however. Carbonation is good, and there is some thickness to the palate. Good offering!

#300. 12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Amber with lasting head and lace and flaoters, even though I left half an inch in the bottle. Very mild aroma of hop and light alcohol. Mild caramel and fruit and nut with medium bitterness. Fairly dry. Medium body and carb. Decent enough. I’m not much of an amber fan. A little hoppy for the style.
