Apr 6, 2008 Decent head with a ncie caramel colour to it. Some decent hop character to this with a bit of the caramel malt making its presence known. A bit sweeter than I would’ve liked. A slight twang on the back end and a bit of mineral character as well. Overall, a good representation of the style, but not my cup of tea.

Apr 4, 2008 Deep amber body, moderate beige head. Aroma of bready malts and some sweetness. Flavor is rich and full, with lots of sweet, doughy maltiness balanced by a mild hoppiness. Nice quaffer.

Apr 3, 2008 Pours a misty copper with small off white head. Some visible yeast particles. Caramel malt aroma with fruit tones. Mildly sweet flabors with some apple caramel bite. More sophisticated than most ambers. I also found it to be a little low on carbonation... Good beer.

Mar 27, 2008 Aroma is citrusy hops and some carmel malt background. Flavor has a nice sweet to it from the malt but is balanced well by the hops. Nice refreshing finish.

Mar 27, 2008 Amber coloring, with an off-white head. Mild aroma. The taste is slightly sweet yet refreshing, with a nice balance of hops. Very nice.
