On tap at Eccentric. Huge roasty aroma, not as coffeeish as most, some touches of chocolate. Taste was a big splash of roasted malt with subtle chcolate notes, not as big bodied as most Baltic Poters, also lacking complexity ,It was nice enough ,but more an Imperial Porter then a Baltic

Black. Rich tan head. Rich malt flavors dominate. The palate is smooth, but slightly too highly carbonated for a porter. Overall a great beer however.

Nice roasted scent with a frothy head. Full coffee flavor with a hint of hops bitterness. Very good.

Had this on tap at eccentric day. Poured a dark brown. I was happy to see this was on tap. Unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. taste was underplayed chocolate, distant spices, weak roasted grain profile. Honestly, I thought it was rather weak tasting. Missed the mark with this one.

On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Deep milk chocolate brown body, tight medium buff head. Aroma of chocolate, hot alcohol, and spices. Chocolate and roasted malts greet the palate, which has a strange spiciness and an unpleasant lingering acrid bitterness. Chalky, with a touch of licorice. After several sips, some charred brown sugar elements became apparent, but didn’t mesh well with the chocolate and surprisingly prickly alcohol. This is simply a case of the parts not working together, and the beer misses the mark as a Baltic Porter. A huge disappointment.
