This Pilsener is a light golden color with crisp malty flavor and light aroma. While this was not an especiallyu special beer, I will continue to order this when available. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Translucent gold with a small but sturdy white head. Grassy hops, soft lemon, yeast and light grains comprise the aroma. Taste is lemony with grassy hops, grains and soft tea leaf flavors. The malt is not overly bready. Mild buttered biscuit. Body is medium with a moderate carbonation. Bubbly in spots. Dry towards the end. Ends with more grassy hops, lemon, soft yeast and grains. As it winds down there is a flavor of melon. Softer bread notes as well. Snojerk321 (2019), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 23, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with Acknud. A slightly citrusy and grassy aroma, pale yellow in color with a small white head. Better than any standard domestic lager. dmtroyer (415), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 23, 2008 12oz. Pours clear golden with a small white head that disappears quickly. Mostly lemon in the nose, body has a similar acidity and relatively strong malt backbone. Lacking the pilsener hop I was expecting. Pretty soft, could use some better carbonation. Still better than most. DrHomolka (731), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 13, 2008 Batch 8093. Pours pretty pale golden color, translucent with a foamy white head. Normal Pilsner aroma, beery, bready, not much hops left. Taste is smooth as hell, watery, light with a super quick finish. This is incredibly drinkable and certainly inoffensive but a little too flavorless. Could drink a bunch of these but if I were in the mood I’d go for something like Prima Pils over this. Still not bad just not close to Bell’s other offerings. ucusty (1912), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 11, 2008 Golden medium white head, great lacing. Decent aroma of grass, hay and biscuit. Flavor much the same. Grass, light citrus, sweet doughy bread and biscuity malt. Soft-creamy mouthfeel. Decent overall.
