12 oz bottle. Brown color with a creamy tan head. Aroma is nutty, malty, and slightly sweet with a hint of hops but not too much. Flavor is malty and sweet with the same nutty flavor in the middle and a very light chocolate and bitter finish. Smooth and tasty.

Bottle, Batch# 8795: Pours a hazy orange brown with a thin off white head. Caramel, roasted nuts and some sweet spices on the nose. Earthy and hoppy initial taste that turns a little sweet before finishing dry with a lingering roasted malt flavor. Well carbonated and a little creamy mouthfeel. A solid beer, but I was expecting something a little sweeter.

Pours a dark brown, with a off white head. Nutty, chocolatey aroma. Flavor is caramelly, chocolatey, roasty. Lots of bread, and some bitterness. Pretty good brown.

Pours dark reddish brown with dark particulate and a tall foamy beige head, good retention, decent lacing. Aroma has floral hops, roast, nuts, dark chocolate, just a little caramel. Flavor is toasty thick crusted french bread, nuts, roast, bittersweet chocolate, burnt sugar/caramel. Some pretty decent hop notes toward the end, along with some roast and flakey biscuits. Could stand a little more sweetness, but a very good brown.

pours a dark brown, with a good head. Aromas are of toasted nuts, Roasted malt and hops in the background. a bit low on the carbonation, finishing a little dry. Good.
