Medium to heavy body. Aroma is malty sweet, nutty and dark caramel. Starts sweet with caramel, bisquit and malt. Has that fresh toasted bread flavor which is balanced by the nutty sweetness and finishes drier than normal for many beers similar.. Flavor is pretty rich for a brown, with an initial rush of caramel. toffee and a pleasing sweetness. Finish is nutty, short and slightly bitter. Really good... especially for a brown. Nice grainy oatmeal mash taste, nutty. Light hoppyness. Sweet and clean aroma for a brown, with some nice caramel. Hazy medium brown with thin lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts nutty with sweet malt. Caramel and chocolate, light molasses. Good tangy sour mash at finish. Light hoppy bitter finish. Dry nutty sweet after with a bit of smoke. Nice brown.
