Nice full body, tan head, and roastiness that fills the palate. This is a stout to be enjoyed year round. johnnyoski (164), Macomb, Michigan, USA

Very pleasing scent to this beer, roasted ground coffee beans and cream, and some almost amaretto nuttiness to it as well. Enjoyed the pour, very dark brown cream head and decent size, mostly goes away though, dark brown coffee color , about 2/3 opaque. Good amount of roasted coffee and nuts in the flavor (go figure), also some good strong caramel malt and an unimposing balancing hop, smooth, though a nice bite right in the middle, medium full body and a good linger. Just a very good, drinkable, balanced stout, hard to beat for the style. branspra (241), Arlington, Virginia, USA

Hints of molasses, roasted toffee, flowers, and port. Full body with a sticky texture and lively palate. Long flavor leading to an absolutely fantastic beer. bretupdegraff (183), Fishers, Indiana, USA

Nice balance of coffee/roast - I think I prefer the Imperials but this is very good.

A nice bitter chocolate malt, cream, light hops, figs, and dried fruits. In mouth, a good moka chocolate, cold coffee, roasted bitterness, a bit of burned notes. A good pleasing stout.
