I’ve been drinking this for some time now and never realized that I haven’t rated it. Pours a soft hazy orange with a nice thick frothy white head. Aroma is very very wheaty. Some citrus fruit and just a bit of coriander along with the sweet fruit nectar. Flavor starts with a big grainy wheat kick, tastes a lot like a home brew in the mash tun with the big grainy flavor. Gains a slight fruitiness but never picks up another major complexity as it finishes with wheat and bitterness. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A definite refresher for the summer.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is wonderfullly refreshing with a slight sweetness. I am not a big fan of this category of beers, but this takes the cake for me.

Picked up at Brawleys in Charlotte, North Carolina. Nice wheat aroma. Actually, a fairly pungent wheat aroma. Nice thin head as well, but it is too clear i.e. transparent. Sweet aroma. Very nice aroma. Nice banana aroma. Nice upfront yeast/banana flavor, but the beer isn’t as thick as I thought it would be. Nice sweet flavor as well. A very nice wheat ale. Overall, some great yeast and banana flavors, but thinner than I thought it would be, but has that nice yeast/banana aroma that I love.

On tap at Barley’s Smokehouse. Gold/copper pour with a big frothy white head. Creamy and fruity aroma with wheat and hops. Wheat and yeast flavor with a bit of hops. Very refreshing and should make a decent summer beer.

Pours milky orange with a 2-3 finger pillowy off white head that has good retention. Aroma is citrus, a bit of yeasty wheat bread, grass, sour fruits and a slightly dusty sweetness. Flavor is wheat, citrus, grass, lemon drop, nice earthy notes, a nice full yeast profile and a tart, bready finish with a hint of grassy hops. Creamy body with a somewhat low carbonation and nice dry but smooth finish. Nice stuff.

12oz bottle courtesy of iconoklaztor, thanks! The color is a very light but cloudy orange. It smells more like a pale ale than a wheat beer as described on the label. The taste definitely reveals the wheat and makes for a nice ale. This is very drinkable and a perfect summer offering that I am glad to have tried. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Auroma of wheat and citrus. Tastes of wheat, citrus, malts, and some hops. A decent beer.
