Coltrane (108), South Carolina, USA Jan 29, 2009 Although I am usually anti-fruit with beer, this one REQUIRES an orange. If you haven’t had it on a summer day with a fresh slice of orange, it simply doesn’t count. It is a mediocre beer without the orange.
But with it, it is fresh, beautiful, continuously drinkable with a nice citric bite to go along with the wheat smoothness. Nice balance of fruity flavors with a refreshing finish. coyotehunter (542), , Michigan, USA Dec 31, 2008 One of the better summer wheats. Found this one last week. Turns out they dont age for diddly. Not the best. Milky orange color with a good fruity aroma of lemons and oranges. Some light malt shows through as well.
