Although I am usually anti-fruit with beer, this one REQUIRES an orange. If you haven’t had it on a summer day with a fresh slice of orange, it simply doesn’t count. It is a mediocre beer without the orange. But with it, it is fresh, beautiful, continuously drinkable with a nice citric bite to go along with the wheat smoothness.

Pours a hazy light orange with wheat and grassy hop in the nose. Flavor is light citrus, tangy wheat, and a little sweet maltiness.

Bottle, from John’s Grocery in Iowa City, IA. Hazy orange, smallish layer of fine white head. Cold, sweet orange aroma, a bit of mint. Green grass flavor and bitter citrus oil. hint of tomato. Nice touch of hops in the finish. Much higher flavor volume than the usual American-style wheat beer. I dig.

I’m not really a fan of wheat beers, but this one I really enjoyed. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Nose of wheat and citrus. Palate brings some spice with aroma. Enjoyed this one.

Pours hazy light orange with white head. Aromas of wheat and citrus. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. A nice beer to drink on an 80 degree January afternoon in MIami

One of my favorite summer beers. Pours hazy like an unfiltered wheat. Nice balance of fruity flavors with a refreshing finish.

One of the better summer wheats. Found this one last week. Turns out they dont age for diddly. Not the best. Milky orange color with a good fruity aroma of lemons and oranges. Some light malt shows through as well. good hot summer night beer.
